Willy Wonka Sound on blade

Hello And happy new year to all
I have a Blade Willy Wonka and the sound seems to be not all playing. All I hear is the music playing all the time. I can not hear the winnings count up or the reels stop spinning. I did see that the game card is not a orig.one the people I got the machine from a(banner seller) put a copy in the slot. Could this be problem? On youtube I can hear more then just the music. Any help ?

I've had issues with sounds missing from games.  Using a newer OS card fixed it for me.  I don't think having a cf copy makes a difference, the cf image is installed into the ssd during initial setup anyway, so if it passes validation, you are good as far as that.  I would try a newer OS, perhaps something in the H19.05xx range.

What GAME CARD version are you running? I remember when this game first came out in casinos there we're sound issues with the first revision. (Something with the sound chair). What revision are you running? The revision is listed in the settings menu. Game ID looks like this... XXXX-000-XXXX... the last 4 or 6 numbers is a revision number.

 I changed the game to game chest. Sound works perfect.  I will put Willy Wonka back in this weekend and get that number for you. Is there anything that I can do if it is that bad revision?

This is the golden combination.  Trust me, this is what you want to roll with.  I have tried newer operating systems, and missing graphics and color overlays that aren’t correct can be an issue too.

  What I have looks like are copy's of orig . When I bought the slot from a banner seller this is what came with it. The labels are printed on white paper with Willy Wonka on the game card , and oper System on the oper system, and the number on the dongle. Not the orange that I see others have. So I do not know what they really are. I can get a new oper. card and try that ,but the others I am stuck with .I though copys are not allowed to be sold . This is a big banner seller who sold me this slot. Maybe he should be checked on by this site. Thanks  Walter

With the game powered up, turn the jackpot key and there’s a button on the screen like Game Information or something like that.  I’m not in front of my game, but just poke around and you’ll find it.  In there it will tell you exactly what you have…OS version and Game version.
