I found these two machines in real nice condition, that take quarters like I wanted.  The Wild Cherry has a few things I'm not sure of, any idea's how, and if I can change them?  The handle was working then stuck down, but still works.  The Spin Reel button is lit, but doesn't work. Thanks in advance.

Practically any problem like you describe can be fixed. You just take a good look at them and see what is wrong, get guidance here when you need it. Photos of the problem area always help. Fixing a machine is a very good way to learn more about them, so don't be too hesitant to buy a broken machine. That's a good way to get a bargain price. I don't think there's practically anything on an S+ machine that can't be repaired or replaced. It's just a matter of your resolve to do the work and obtaining whatever parts are needed. But do a good inspection, watch out for machines with excessive rust, they might have come from a flooded building/casino/home. Machines from a flood will give you a lot a grief with the electrical connectors.

The pull handle is mostly a mechanical mechanism, but it does have an electrical solenoid that releases the handle so it can be pulled downward when a coin or credit is bet. Once the pull handle starts its downward travel its rachet won't let it go back up until the handle has reached the full downward position.
