Can't clear 3100 code from 3c IGT delux haywire

I have been trying to clear a 3100 code but no luck so far.  Swapped out the coin hoppers, swapped out the coin validator checked the coin slot, but nothing works.  Anybody have any more suggestions? When the machine is on the reels spin slowly.

If reels are spinning slow then with the door open turn the attendant key. If the reels stop close the door.

I would probably throw a set chip in it and set the BV back up. It doesn't change the other settings.

turned the attendant key, the reels stop spinning.  Turned the machine off then on, now works great!!
