IGT AVP WOF Las Vegas License Dongle

AVP License Dongle shows "1M72". Which is WOF Las Vegas.


As a certain Blue vendor says: "Please know what this is and what is required for it".  If you don't know what it is and what it does, you probably don't need it.

Again, It is an Original IGT License Dongle for "Native (US) Game 1M72" (which is WOF Las Vegas). It is one of the pieces to the software puzzle you'll need for a WOF game.


The Dongle does read (activate), as the Box recognizes it and displays the above, quoted, info.

this avp stuff is complicated i am trying to learn the format..... i think s2k wofs are so much easier to run....i guess once you figure the puzzle out it becomes second nature...

yes, S2K's are much easier. But they're not as fancy as the newer games and cabinets. S2Ks are not Multi-Layered Displayed, Dynamic button controlled or have all the cool "new" stuff on them.


This add is for someone who is trying to find all the pieces to build themselves a game. This Dongle is just one of those pieces you'll need after you've got an AVP cabinet, Wheel box, Controller, and Stand-Alone Game Installer.


I think there's an AVP Topic on NLG that may help on the world of AVP systems. They're the 21st century stuff and pretty fun machines.

Just an FYI, it looks like that version requires an IPC.

I believe they All do (). I hate those stupid "IPC Controller off-line" errors!!!

But you never know what fellow collectors out there have. Figured this may help someone out. If not, in the trash it goes....

IGT Progressive Controller. Almost impossible to find outside casinos. But so are AVP WOF game parts.

It's more of a server Comm box. Here's an old post with the manual about it:

See the picture below (it requires Server software and you can see it's a "box" rather than a circuit board).

Being that FireballJackpot stated that his listing was the license only. If anyone is looking for the installer 1M72, I have it. I have a Very large collection of WOF installers

Not to hijack the thread, but I (like a lot of folks) would love to get my hands on an older WOF or and AVP that is in working condition and ready to go (as I know little about the care a feeding of such devices).

I know they are rarer than hen's teeth.  Any idea what a reasonable price is to pay for one and where to find them?
