I was able to source a strut that was very close. I ordered them from a strut shop that got them with a threaded rod end and the correct ends. It’s been so long I can’t remember who I got them from. I remember the threaded rod end was what gave me the adjustment needed to get them to fit perfectly. 14
IGT I-Game and Game King / Re: Game King - Multi-game Keno Power Supply Issue« Last post by brianlisa03 on Today at 07:31:10 AM »Sorry I am just not getting back to my post 2 yrs later. Life got in the way and fixing my poor machine was put on the back burner. I have not found a replacement power supply, and need to locate one. Looking for a replacement for the 13" CRT as well. I would love to change to LCD, but the cost is not feasible at this time. From the original pics i posted of my machine, is there a way for me to tell exactly what type of Game King I have? I have seen dates of 1997 & 1996. No paperwork or manuals came with it either. If anyone knows where I can locate & purchase the correct power supply and ideas on a replacement CRT/monitor, I would appreciate it!

Universal Reel/Video Games / Re: universal slot machine jam« Last post by Pitts256 on Today at 07:23:28 AM »The hopper error lights you mentioned are actually holes in the metal plate behind the error legend paper that are allowing the florescent display light to bleed through. System errors are indicated as a number via the "WIN METER" and typically the candle lights will blink if a error exists.
So that being said if there are no errors displayed and no candle lights lit, the main door is closed and locked, the "INSERT COIN" light should be lit and the machine is ready for play. The "INSERT COIN" light is lit? Try inserting a coin and see if it registers...the "COIN ACCEPTED" light will turn on (if the bulb is good). No "INSERT COIN" light? Check the bulb first, you can check it with an ohm meter or swap with any of the bulbs on the door display panel. If the bulb is okay and still not lit then we have a permissive not being made. Could be the door lock micro switch or white "cherry" switch located just below the yellow reset switch. While your your checking bulbs, check the others on the door as well. Post a photo of the coin comparator and the photo eye(s) below it. The LED should stay lit, we may have a bad connector or a wire shorting. 16

Were you able to locate struts with the proper sized eyelets or, did you have to modify the ball type struts? Also, you are correct about the history. Originally designed by Games of Nevada and then purchased by Bally. They were not too popular as the players did not care for reaction of the motorized reels. rocgod_22, Attached is a chart on measuring the struts. Also is this the machine that was on Offerup in Henderson? 17

IGT AVP (Including G20,G23) / Re: IGT GL20/G20 Bill Acceptor Light Not Turning On« Last post by Stayouttadabunker on Today at 07:03:17 AM »I think it has more to do with the bill validator harness and its connections.
Only when the BV is ready to accept bills, will it send a signal, or route power to light up the bezel. I'd try this...>>> With the power OFF, un-plug and re-plug the BV harness, both at the BV, and at the backplane header. Maybe it's just a bad pin connection? 19
IGT S2000 and Vision Games / Re: Add Vision on S2000« Last post by Stayouttadabunker on Today at 06:58:30 AM »Omg...I just went go see that old link...We used to have so much fun joking around playing with slots and accessories.... lol
Ron called me a loser and I threw a pie in his face....haha.... I'm going to catch up with him one day! I actually still have a couple of these denom stickers still brand new wrapped in plastic. But since they're so old, I don't even know if they will still light up. Let us know if you can get yours to light up. You can peel that sticker off with a putty scraper. 20
Bally Electromechanical / Re: Bally Classic Slot« Last post by slcjeeper on Today at 06:45:23 AM »Your machine is most likely a model K-100-1149 or K-100-1150 which is a single line 3-coin Dollar wide reel that pays L-R & R-L and you’re right, there is next to nothing available on these machines. They were built with Games of Nevada and the project ended before it ever took off. No one liked them. Did you get this one in ND by chance? The Bally strut part # was M-1876, but that’s not going to help you. I bought some replacement struts several years ago and had to use the collapsed and extended lengths to find the correct strut. The measurements are taken from center to center of each eyelet. Be sure to also record that measurement in mm. The struts are rated at 50 nanometer, which is very important to know. 25n is too weak and 100n is too strong. I may have a schematic for yours. I do have the manual which describes the machines game flow from coin-in to end of game. This is the only thing you’ll find, other than a schematic, to help you troubleshoot.
