Reset after big win

Hi all just had a big win on my game king 19" machine .


Came up call attendent  turned reset key and now it will not take and money or tickets ( have tito ) .  Is there a other reset to wipe credits. It says payed 55000 credit 0   Help !!!!

You have to add more credits to play.
The machine says it payed out 55000 credits and there is 0 credits remaining.
I would power off and back onto see if that will reset it.

No door is closed   it will not take money or ticket.

does it try to take a bill/ticket in and spits it back out?  what kind of validator do you have in it? mei, uba, wba??   when you reseat the validator does it cycle properly?

Yes it will take the bill ticket and then just send it back. It will not let you put credits with tito ether.  it will recycle the bill accepter turned off and then back on.

Can we see a photo of where it says that the credits were *payed out* ?

Will it accept a fresh $1 bill?  What is the minimum denomination on the machine?

No it will not accept a new bill or a ticket or put on any credits. It has tito and did put credits on machine when button was pushed.
