GK 8.3, 8.3R Menus

Does anyone know what is needed to get the GK enhanced menu to appear?
I have the GI for both games but there must be an additional feature needed.

I cannot help with that but, I get the same thing also so I will be watching to see what happens. In the set-up it states to select up to 9 Menus however I can only select 4 of them

Here’s how rickhunter explained it to me - worked like a charm:

 My procedure for gamekings is as follows.

1.  Wipe everything.
2.  Boot with ekey and os to install OS.  Remove ekey and os installer.
3.  Boot machine and go through the initial setup up process but do not add any games.
4.  Power off, boot machine with ekey 7 and gameking installers and install.
5.  Reboot and you should see your Gameking specific menu available.

Installing gameking through the manage packages doesn't work right.  The above method is the one that has been found by others and myself to work every time.

Thanks Joe. I will try it again tomorrow. I even used the 8.3R EZ setup last time but got the same result.

I am thinking I need one of these features. They do not seem to be included in the GK package installers. Does anyone have the 8.3R feature available? I would like to try it.

the 8.3R install package has all the features included.  You do not need to install anything else.  Follow the procedure above your post and it will work.

this is slightly off topic but i've obtained a loader for avp game king 8.2 multi-game (GI014001IR1D005), my question is do i need other loaders with "features" for this to work? if so, what all is needed? i did see the loading procedure of wiping the machine, loading OS and setting up the machine, then rebooting with ekey and game loader but haven't attempted this yet until i know i have everything to properly load the multi-game.

I have never loaded 8.2 but I believe you are good to go if you follow the same procedure.
When I had previously loaded the 8.3 package via the game/manage packages menu it would not load the GK menu.
Force loading by booting with the ekey and GI worked perfectly. Good luck.
