Bally 873 Payout issue

I am working on a Bally 873. This is my first machine. When I first got it wasn't working couldn't even pull the arm. I have it working for the most part with the exception of the payouts. Below is what I get.

with that pay out you need to clean the contact plates you'll find a good exploded view to know what to clean on page 92 of the Bllys em manual
and you might try to clean part number 39 on page 58 either of those two both of those two might cause your issue

So is the machine a 3 coin or 5 coiner??

Thank you for the replies. It is a 5 quarter machine. I have the manual and the troubleshooting guide. Hopefully I will be able to work on it next weekend.

I'd suggest first you go through and clean and lube your odds disc and the wiper fingers on it.  Make sure the fingers have enough tension to contact the disc well.  Manually makes sure it steps up and resets by working the solenoids by hand.
