Bally Slot Machine Error Codes?

Hey guys. I acquired a Ballys Slot Machine. I know nothing about this brand I'm still a rookie in the IGT field. On start up it goes into a reel tilt and I'm assuming these are error codes popping up on the display. Does anyone know what these codes mean and what's my next course of action to getting this machine running. Thanks

You are now the proud owner of a Bally 5000...I'm sorry to hear that! Just kidding, they aren't all that bad. Go snag the manual from the NLG File System and I'm sure it will have the error codes in it. I do know these are infamous for the darn power supplies going bad.

Thanks Roz. I did get it to spin finally. No sound though. That normal or is there suspose to be tunes lol!

Thats great news! good job! I'm pretty sure they did have sound, lol. Maybe something simple, I.e. speakers, volume, etc.

Everything I have read about the 5000 machines is if the battery is replaced or machine has not been on for some time, you will need a keypad to turn the sound on . also to turn on the bet one ,bet max and to allow the machine to add the winning credits to the credit display instead of paying out on each win
