I Have A machine that's jamming up on every other coin I change the coin track and is working fine but I cannot see difference between them

How the knife rides against your disk is important.  It must be flush.  It is not bad if the point of the knife is, ummm, pointy...
Often it just takes a coin or two getting under the knife to spring it out of shape.
Hard to tell, but put it back on the pinwheel disc and see how it rides.
You can sometimes put the knife in a vice and bend it back into shape with a few blows from a hammer.
Don't necessarily throw it out, but you may be able to find out how to bring it back into shape.
Oh, btw, where are the coins jamming???
You must make certain that no other foreign material is in your hopper bowl. 
Pennies for example can kill a quarter knife in a flash.  Mechanics generally dump the whole hopper out on the floor when they find foreign material in the hopper, because we all know that if you don't do that, and then put on a new knife, of course the one penny you didn't see will jam the machine just after you walk away.

Point is, you cannot often tell if a knife is bad until you install it.

Where is it jamming?

Are the two knives identical side by side?
Will it go under the coin out roller?
Is it jamming before it gets to the exit side of the roller?
Are the pins of the pinwheel jamming under the knife?
Does the hopper wheel turn with out coins in the hopper?

Yes thay look identical

It seems to hit the roller and kick back and jam right there  if you can see the picture that is in jam position

The pinwheel looks fine

The hopper rotates find the bushings in the hopper seem to be good

With a different knife it seems to never jam works perfectly fine I will get back to this knife when I get myself moved to Michigan and figure out what to do with it

You can turn the little shaft that protrudes from your motor by hand and then see where it is jamming up.
It's slow, but it will work....

Little side note on hopper jamming. I got in the habit of putting small screws into the coin tray while working on a machine. Thinking I would remember to get them out, luckily I found them in the hopper before any damaged was caused.
