S6000 PRINTER PROBLEM ERROR 37
« on: September 27, 2015, 11:39:39 AM »
:EmoticonHelp4: where do I start bought this machine a few weeks ago and its been problem after problem. error codes upon error codes. I wont waste every ones time with the back story so I will jump to current issue. after many problems and clears I finally got my FIREBALL FRENZY up and running it has 2008 mains in it I have the hopper jumped out and it is set up for the printer. It was working with no isuues after a few hours I ended up hitting for a big win mid count it froze up continued to make the counting up sound everything blinking etc... but  no movement on the credit screen it was blank. blue/white light flashing etc.... after a lot of reading and phone calls I was told it was more then likely because my win exceeded the 800 max payout. first I tried to use my key on the side. had no response still locked out making noises etc.. I opened door and turned off machine. turned back on error 51 and a error 37 which is a printer paper jam at the palate? what the hell is this lol. so I checked print no paper jam. let me point this out I have a ITHACA printer I was told this may be the issue. I have removed and reinstalled the paper 20 times checked out connections etc everything I can think of trying cleaned the roller all I know to do. do safe ram clear. reinstall mains and boom ERROR 37 im at my wits end. I have been told it can be my 2008 mains, I have been told it might be my printer because Ithaca printers can be problematic. I just want to be able to play this slot machine and have fun with my family. please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
