Recommendation for Contact Cleaner

What's a good brand of contact spray cleaner for the electronics within the IGT S+ machine that I can purchase at a local automotive parts store or hardware store?

I would like to clean all the contact plugs within my machines. 
  -- Are there some plugs or connectors that I should avoid? 
  -- What's the best way to ensure all connectors/plugs get cleaned the best?
  -- Should a wire/brass brush be used in addition to the contact spray cleaner?

I recently had problems with getting a good connection on the hopper, it would give off a 3300 code but the hopper was full and just working the day before.  When I tried the hopper test to kick out 10 coins I could see the hopper sparking at the brake lever.  So, I thought maybe it was not getting a good connection.

After several attempts of trying to clear the code and seeing those sparks I decided to just pull all the connections from the power plugs to the hopper and within the hopper.  That little movement was enough to make the connections again and the hopper made it's pay off as it should.

Any advice is greatly appreciated, I have zero electronics experience.

I don’t know if you can get it locally, but I buy and use nothing but DeOxit.

I’ve bought a automotive contact or electrical spray cleaner. It’s in a Redish color can. I’ve had pretty good luck with it on the Bally EM slots.

I'll second this.  It's not cheap, but it works well.

I'm going to try and tackle the cleaning project this weekend. 

I hope it's okay to spray all connectors, I'm sure they all need it.
