But at union scale they would get double time if not double time and a half for the extra "effort".

Fired and Union are not 2 words you will see together frequently....sure, employers fire people all the time, but the union reps whine, bitch, and threaten until the employee gets their job back...apparently , that $16 a week in dues does do something. Don't take that as a pro-union statement. I'm 100% pro-"do your job and earn your wage"...

Same job at same place so not looking for employment sir but thanks for the compliment . I once was going to transfer but they gave me a raise to stay so i am staying here.

Yea better skilled workers come out of tha hall thats for sure probably why most ask for the Union guys for sure .
free schooling so top notch help comes out of the hall. It seems like non Union help are always grouchy .
