Game King Hopper issue/question

I have finally got around to testing the hopper on my 13" Game King.
I enabled the hopper and tested it by pressing the cashout button.
The hopper started spitting out coins but I did not have enough coins in the hopper so the call attendant hopper empty message appeared on the screen.
I opened the door and put the coins back in the hopper. Closed the door but the hopper does not make any sounds and the machine kept displaying a hopper empty message error.
I have tried testing the hopper through diagnostics but it displays a hopper empty - tilt error.
One thing I noticed when I reseated the hopper that one of the pins sticks out much further than the other pins. (See attached picture)

I was able to get the game back by re-keying.

That is normal, some pins are longer than others on these types of connectors.  Since you re-keyed the machine, try a hopper test in the diagnostic menu to see if it will dispense the correct number of coins.

Thank you for confirming the length on the pins.
When I re-keyed it I disabled the hopper so I will rekey today and test the hopper
