Pull handle error

Hi


I have a three reel S 2000 Tabasco. The game works fine until I put one, two or three credits, then pull the handle. Sometimes I  get a door open error and sometimes the reels spin and then I get a reel tilt & a door open error. If I play the game with the buttons everything works fine, I try pulling the handle, and I get an error.  I thought I had a bad solenoid so I switched them out, same problem. Any ideas what I should try?

Dan,
Your problem is due to the case flexing and the optics getting out of line. Try moving the optics up or down slightly and see what happens. Lots of leverage with the handle and that pulls the case out of alignment with the door. S2000s are notorious for weak cabinet housings. Also make sure the machine is on a stout flat surface and the door latch is all the way down.

That fixed it! That was a lot easier than changing out the solenoid, should have tried that first.
