I will have to measure my top when I get home
It's a Jackpot Party

thanks

When you compare the 2 different sizes of squaretop machines it is pretty easy to see the difference. Look at the distance above the dot matrix screen. It is pretty short on the 9 inch "chop-top" style and much bigger on the fullsize 16" machines. The width of the glass is the same on both machines.

(the round top machines are all the same size, curved at the top, I assume yours is not one)

As Bill said there can be a sound problem when switching game chips if going from one size eprom to another. If the sound doesn't work then you move the sound jumpers to opposite position. Some of the games have more elaborate sounds so they use larger capacity eproms (27c080 instead of 27c040).

And if machine gives a "JUR" error on powerup you have to set the jurisdiction jumpers on the cpu to make the game software happy (WMS had to sometimes release different software for different gaming jurisdictions).

If either of these problems happen we can walk you thru it.
(I think mustangjeep has a 24 hour hotline number you can call)       :rotfl:

That Williams jurisdiction chart you posted has an error. The jumper settings shown for Missouri should show "7" ON. Notice in the chart you posted all jumpers are set to OFF for Missouri, same as the Standard settings. Refer to the Williams jurisdiction chart below from page 1-2 of the manual for the correct Missouri info.
