MPU's go between $400-$650 depending on availability and mpu type (2.0's are cheaper than 2.1's). The conversion backplane is the one that is a bear to find. I bought mine for $750 when a few became available for what seemed a brief period of time a couple of years ago. iDecks go between $400 to $500 depending on condition, new ones can cost more. The other issue is adapting the ideck to your player panel. Bally did make an iDeck that drops in to an alpha1 player panel, but they are also hard to find.. I modified my alpha1 player panel to fit the iDeck, and it works fine, but it certainly does not look "proessional". I can post picture later when I get home. For a time, somebody was selling for $1,000 a converted alpha2 pro backplane and power distribution board to fit into an existing alpha 1. I converted my v20/20 this way, but finding the conversion backplane is by far easier to implement (again if you can find one). So you would be looking at around $1,500-$1,750 or so for the conversion parts, with the backplane issue being the hardest to fill. A V32 A2 pro goes for upwards of $4k depending on where you live, condition, and how many other accessories you get with it (video toppers, led speakers, etc).
