Williams Gold Fish1 no bottom screen after battery change

Let me start by saying I don't know much about BB1s?
I have a customer with a BB1 Goldfish. He said he was getting a low battery message and he changed all of the batteries. Now the bottom box flashes briefly "No Signal " and goes blank. I don't know much about them do I have to do a clear to bring it back from the dead or did he screw something else up?

My guess is that he plugged the monitor into the wrong VGA port on the bb1 mpu.  There are 2 vga ports, one of them is inactive.

He said he just replaced the batteries and didn't unplugged anything. I had him reseat them anyway,  no change.

He will need a clear, but he should be able to boot, at least to an error.  If nothing is coming up, have him check to make sure all the voltages are there.  There are 4 leds on the backplane, right hand side toward the top.  Each led represents a voltage, make sure they are all lit green.

It's like the CPU was dead nothing.
A clear RAM brought it back.
