Cleopatra S2000 video. Cant set proper max bet with key chip.

On my cleopatra, after battery fail. Cleared every thing and used Key chip 22 to set up the game.
I can only change the max bet to either 20 or 40.  made sure the max denom bet was $1000
I uses to be able to bet 20 lines and up to 9 per line, a bet of 180
a graphic in the set up shows my bet button value as    bet 1   bet 2   bet 2   bet 2   bet 2
instead of   bet1    bet2   bet3    bet5   bet9


Is this a key chip problem or ?????

Reading the many posts about key chips, looks like I need a 224/ 45 chip set....
If that is correct, who has those available here?

Cleopatra S2000 video? Is it a stepper s2000 or is it cleopatra igame+?

I have chips but it has to be one or the other as Rick stated. Post pics of the machine & the MPU to be safe & I will know what you need.
