Random BB3 Blade Touch Screen Error

Hey guys,


I'm relatively new to the BB3 platform, so forgive me.


I've got a BB3 Blade Aftershock that randomly shows "Call Attendant" for a split second, then re-initializes the reels and continues. Looking in the accounting logs, I see the counter for "Touch Screen Errors" climbing.

Questions:


1) Is there any way to get a more detailed error log for this issue?
2) Any ideas what it could be? I've reseated connectors, etc. Also have done a clear a few times.


It seems pretty random, I haven't found a pattern yet.

You are probably loosing connectivity with the touchscreen.  The blades use a USB hub to make all the usb connections to the peripherals.  My experience has been that sometimes the connections are the USB are a bit lose or on a bad port.  I would connect the touchscreen's usb cable directly to the mpu to see if it solves the problem.

Just wanted to say, that was the issue. I just swapped to another port on the MPU for the hub and the problem has gone away. Cheers for the advice.
