WBA-plug conversion on S+

Great Day to You all, I’m not aware of the terminology, of this connector. On the back of a WBA-12ss I have this spring type contact connector. It has 11 gold pins instead of the more common 20 pin connector. Is there a way to convert a machine using the 11 pin WBA validator over to the more common 20 pin connector. I’ve obtained 30+ of the 20 pin WBA’s and I have 4 machines that are using the 11 pin gold tang type. The 11 pin ones are hit and miss taking currency. Any thoughts, Thank You.

Your problem is WBA-10&11 use different slide in connectors than WBA-12&13.

This may be the connector you need: http://www.spininc.com/harness-transport-jcm-wba-uba-igt Or it may be the other way around, this is for the 12&13s I believe.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR REPLYING. Do you know if the wiring harness that I would replace to accept the other validator is a direct color for color swap out or do I need to get a schematic?

It's plug and play.  Unscrew the old connector from the back of the validator housing, screw the new one it, and plug in the connectors.  The connectors are keyed and will only fit one way.  No schematics or tracing wires required.
