IGT S+ DOUBLE SPIN, 5 TIMES PAY

Another (of 13) machines given to me. This one is goofy. If I put in 2 quarters, machine plays fine. If I accumulate any credits and go to put 1 quarter in, it accepts it and adds another. Same thing happens if I have built up any credits. If I press “Bet one credit” it displays 1 and jumps to 2. I’ve never seen any of these issues I’m having on your posts, but i can see why he gave me all these machines. I really enjoy working on them to keep this brain ticking. Again as Always I appreciate any assistance. Thank You.
I don’t want to give these away, 1/2 way working!!!

I suspect that the wiring for the Bet One Credit button is incorrect. Compare it very carefully to a machine that is working properly and you'll likely see the difference and be able to resolve the issue. Likely one or more wire is connected to the wrong place on the cherry switch (the micro switch at the bottom of the button assembly).

KNAGL, YOU NAILED IT !!! That was the issue. Well the Comparitor and optics got a good cleaning at least. THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR FANTASTIC ASSISTANCE.
