PE+ DBV-200 only accepting $1 bills

hi there,


i am working on a pe+ and the bill head recently died.  i replaced it with a known working dbv-200 (tested in an s-plus) and it took the new 20's in that machine. however when i install it in the pe+, it will not take the 20's.  it takes 1's just fine. any help appreciated!

With the power off, flip DIP switch 10 on the DBV-200 to the opposite of its current position.  That will change the ID from 022 or 023 (or vice versa, depending on what it's currently set to).  Your PE+ is looking for the other ID.  When only $1s work but other bills that should work, don't, that's the solution.

The DIP switch bank for the DBV-200 is under the head -- you will likely need to remove it from the machine in order to see and access it.

Switch 10 on = ID022.  Switch 10 off = ID023.
