blue bird 2 adding spn hardware

adding spn hardware and setting up zeus 2 with hot hot super re-spin, mine keeps coming up with an error single row universal animator timeout. help help

The bet deck requires an animator board and also the hub.  It can work without the hub but still requires the animator board.  What do you have?

i have the animator board with ribbon cable with lights no hub. where does all this plug in, any special settings

Ribbon cable plugs into the deck animator button. Without the hub you have to provide power to the animator board for it to light up the button.

the cat 5 cable is plugged into the spn rj45 plug on back-plane board and 5 volts is being supplied to the button animation board, still only get single row universal animation timeout. stops there. when you close the door it clears but comes right back again.
