Jackpot to ticket

Is there a setting to have a Jackpot/Handpay roll to a ticket when the jackpot key is turned?

Jackpots are handpaid, there would be no need to have that done.  I've seen whenever a high roller starts playing a machine and there are constant jackpots over $1,200, the attendants just sit there, make a note and use a secondary key that sends the jackpot to credits on the machine instead of hand paying.

I've set a split-pay on my S2000 Barcrest.
When it hits something large, it's set to pay out about 130 coins (Eisenhower dollars!) out, and then the remainder comes out in a ticket.

jackpot/handpay receipts are printable on some sas versions, some notes from memory


1. they are receipts, the ticket is reciept is not readable in a BV, because the barcode is offset and not centered, and it is not considered a payout
2. you must use secure enchanced validation. standard and system validation will not print them. ?? cannot find where i read this, so might not be fact


the key chip setting location is

7.2.1.4 Handpay Validation: Options are Validate Handpay (No Receipt),
Validate and Print Handpay Receipt, and Don’t Validate Handpay/Receipt.
This option determines whether the handpay will be validated and if the
handpay receipt will be printed.

System validation docs not support j ackpot or handpay receipts, or
handpay validation, since a handpay must be allowed to occur whether the system is able to validate it or not.


so from what i understand you would not be able to print jackpot or handpay receipts if you are using Bettor Tito
