IGT Game King rambling player paid meter

Hi,

    Player paid meter just keeps rolling now over 60,000. Non enhanced board.     Cleared it, swapped hopper, power supply, and MPU.  Any ideas.

If you cleared it (RAM/EEPROM) then it should have stopped.  Not sure why it didn't.  You can disconnect and install a jumper to bypass them.  No more ticking.  Here's a link.  It's for an S2000, but it's the same for the Game King too.

Thanks for that. I should have said it was a video so the meter is electronic.

Please post a picture of the machine.  It has to be less than 1MB, so resize it if necessary.

I cant figure out a pic. This site is not easy!
The game says on the picture tube. " Hopper malfunction extra coin paid out" and the player paid window just keeps counting. Game does not power on

If you click on the green Attachments and other options, another menu will appear with an Attach: option in red text.  Click on Browse, which will open up a directory on your computer.  navigate to the directory and picture that you want to upload and then click open.  Now you should see the filename next to the Browse button.  Click on post and it will post your message and picture.  Just remember pictures have to be under 1MB.

post a video on youtube then.  Your problem is not clear to us.  If you say the game doesn't power up and your have a credit windows, how is that possible?  Is this a gameking or an s2000?  There is no "credit window" on a gameking, just the display area on the screen that shows the credits, is that what you mean?

 Its a tube type IGT haunted house.  The player paid window on the screen just keeps rolling up wards, now over 300,000.

I will try to find some 4 year old kid to load a pic or video

aw is there a hopper in the machine, sounds like the switch that counts the coins as they exit the hopper maybe faulty, or the board where ever that switch connects to
if there is a hopper then remove it
