Bally Alpha s9000 can't clear call attendent

Need help here...... The machine plays good for awhile then if I try to add more dollars (before I run out of credits)
Call attendant  (only one) will show up, When I try to clear It with the Audit Switch, the proper screen comes up (accounting, out of service,history etc.......)
The main problem I have Is when I touch the screen to return to game nothing happens, You can touch It till you are sore but, nothing....
It works good If you don't mess with It (after shutting It down and restart....) Does that problem sound familiar to anyone In the land.....

Have you tried doing a Full Clear on this using the clear card needed depending on your os and set it up again and tried.

No, I haven't but I will as soon as I look at the OS and figure out where I can get a clear card...This machine Is fairly new and fairly new to me...S+ Is mostly what I have been working on, I know these are different...Not much experience with Alpha Slant....I could use some guidance.....No hurry since it's labor day weekend and I will be working on It slowly until I learn more about It......
by the way where do you look for the OS configuration?......MPU board?.....Roy

Allow me to clarify, What it is I am looking for from previous post....
I have Alpha s9000 american original slot , having trouble and need the Clear Card, But having trouble finding .....
 OS CF #s Alpha OS 317 -02....64 MB....card ....The date on It is 01/29/2006...

Star, Sorry about they delay.   On new games and problems esp. on some of the newer ones you don't know where they came from etc. so assume nothing.  You would need a 320 clear for it to go in and set the game back up.  You will also need to know what is needed to do this and how to do it if you have never done this.   From your post looks like accounting issues in settings -that you cannot change without clearing and setting up.  Also Some bv's are set a certain way as well depending on what you have--Have no idea. wba,mei --etc.  Just don't know exactly what you have.  Happy "Labor-Day"-- :propeller: . Does the touch screen work at all?  If not then check the USB connections from the touch screen to the MPU.  If the touch screen does work... is it calibrated correctly (if you touch other parts of the screen, do the buttons work)?

Star you actually need a 312 Clear

31x OS = 312 Clear
32x OS = 320 Clear
33x OS = 335 Clear

When you get the Call Attendant, open the Main Door, press the White Test Button on the MPU, when the Test Menu Shows what errors are showing in the top right corner of the screen

I don't have much exposure to this Alpha slot, When sw key is turned it says calibrate screen, (touch x to calibrate) that works some time...Turning the sw key to exit It shows the menu on left for returning to game and that is where it dead ends....Touch screen don't work after that.... I agree I am having accounting Issues....That is the only problem I'm having that locks up the machine,
I tightened all the plugs going from and into the mpu and everywhere else...
I will try and post some pics on here of what I am struggling with...
In the meantime I will look for 320 clear card...
The BV head Is WBA 10-ss and Transport Is WBA 13-ss.....That came with the machine and works good when..Cash Can is good,
 all these were tested on another machine...
General note: The touch screen will not release when touched 99% of the time...(touch x to calibrate works , now and then)
but can't get back to game touch screen locks up..... 
Does anyone know where to possibly purchase a 317,320 clear card off hand??

Starcrest, you only need a 312 Clear for use with your 317 OS and one of the fine vendors on this site should be able to assist

You keep turning the Jackpot Reset Switch on the side which takes you into the Attendant Menu

Locate the White Test Button on the MPU which is located on the bottom, right of the VGA connection and left of your CF Cards

When you get your Call Attendant, open the Main Door, press the Test Button and see what errors you have listed in the top right corner of the screen

I put the  card back in and turned on power and this is far as I can go , accepts no bills, pressing test sw  does nothing,
The pics aren't the best but this is what stuck on......I can't get to Call Attendant no matter what.
cannot get the back to game touch to work...

This is the Attendant Screen and not the Test Screen Menu

When you see a Call Attendant error, normally when you open the Main Door the box which shows the Call Attendant message will now display the actual reason for the Call Attendant

If it does not show then you would enter the Test Screen (Not the Attendant Screen) if it still does not show I would enter the All Event Log and see what happens prior

Ok, All Good up to now.... I got the call attendant $.20.... finally I turned the Audit SW and It cleared. Now machine Is working ....
 But before that I retightened the OSB.0 plug and reset the cash can (pulled It out and re-inserted It )
All good... for now (If It ain't too broke leave It alone) I also noticed when I move the Cash Can door the BV doesn't work...
So, I taped It shut , maybe I have another more simple problem....
