hello, I have a problem with an installed GEN2 printer in a slot Bally Alpha s9000 . the problem "printer open" of the menu system is not cleared . and when I open the printer gives me the error duplicate. images below to see what I'm talking about.

yes i have, but this on another machine.
unfortunately I have one that on me, and since that's always a machine is out of service.

need to resolve the problem to re-enable the slot.

-if I put another printer, the error is cleared. but I transfer the error in the slot to put the printer.

Then you have a bad printer. There's a chance your firmware may have bad, do you have the necessary equipment to flash the printer to the correct firmware? If you don't I'm afraid your only solution is just acquire another printer. I don't know where you are in the world, but here in the states, you can buy those printers used and working for around $50-$60.

im from argentina, i dont have the equipement you mention.

and subject to the dollar here is very difficult to get imported stuff XD.

well ty for the info. 'll see what more can be done.

if I come up with some solution, I will post it.

The main Printer Body mounts onto a rack that is bolted to the game.

This rack has a Tab at the back left side looking from the front, if this Tab is broken it will not break the sensor and you will have a Printer Open Error.

El Cuerpo de la Impresora principal monta en un estante sobre que echan el cerrojo al juego.

Este estante tiene una Etiqueta en la izquierda trasera que mira del frente, si esta Etiqueta se rompe no romperÃ¡ el sensor y harÃ¡ una Impresora Abrir el Error.
