Are you doing the clear procedure correctly. DS1 #8 ON. Power OFF. Then press Test and Psuedo and hold , keep holding, turn power switch ON, keep holding Test and Psuedo buttons in, until you see CLC on display. Then let go of test and Psuedo when you see CLC. turn power off and put #8 off position. install board turn power on.

Yes sir. That’s exactly how I’m doing it. All that happens is the intro statement, the left real slightly bumps and the BV does it’s thing and lights green. No matter how long I hold the test and pseudo coin buttons down nothing ever shows in the win paid window nor does the game reels do anything other than the left reel slightly bumps. But I am doing the clear the way you indicated.

I have reached out to K-LAR and have the shipping information to send my board. But as a last ditch effort before I mail my board, I was wondering because the mpu led is flashing once every four seconds (RAM read/write failure) if that means I need to replace the two RAM chips?

Last chance before you send the board to my shop.
Remove both RAM chips and swap their locations on the board.
Careful when removing the chips.
Make sure they are pulled straight out so you don't bend a pin.
Use a small flat blade screwdriver, slip the blade under the chip, rotate the screwdriver tip as you slide it under the chip.
Then do another clear.

Did you swap the 2 ram chips (u30 and u45) as Alan suggested?  I have found that removing and replacing them can help.

Yes, I did switch the two ram chips and tried to clear and it still did not work. After it did not work I put the ram chips back where they originally were.

I fixed a board a couple of days ago that had the same problem.
The fix was to remove both RAM chips and replace them with new ones.
