Are you just wanting the belly glass? Don't see the reels, but I'm guessing they match the top and reel glass?  The belly glass that is in it is definitely a more valuable glass, but obviously does not match. The one you need is blue with a wood tone and says "Quarters".

and   they rewired it for a 3 coin multiplier Not a 5 coin multiplier so I think this is the right class or as close as I have for the door and here is a picture of the rewiring job

Maybe clarify what you are ultimately wanting to accomplish? I was confused and thought you just needed a belly glass, but if you have 4, then I'm not sure what you're after. Sorry.
