Custom Sound Module

I remember someone making a plug and play sound module for whatever sounds you wanted for spin reels or wins. I think it was our old friend Angry Ninga, but not sure. Did anyone else do this? I love how my Munsters and Pink Panther machines play tunes and would like to add other tunes to maybe S+ or standard S2000

yes it was ninga and i am still working on playing with simms i have it working but am having problems getting it to sound properly. i spoke to ninga quite a bit a bought his project it was very promising and is doable on a hardware side, but i just dont know programing or the protocols used well enough to replicate what he claimed to have produced. he did admit he was working with another member here but would not tell me who.

It would be cool to push bet max and hear "You ain't nothing but a Hound dog" Then again for "Crying all the time" then maybe a 3rd and 4th for the rabbit and friend parts. Then start over.

i think ningas device if it existed used the netplex calls that would normally go or a vision or reel touch display computer. tho from what he did tell me i got the impression he was leaving out information intentionally, didn't have a clue how it worked, or it was total bs. the one method i have seen working (i don't remember who did it) used modified musical grating cards one for each sound tied into various buttons and sensors.

Starting to think Ninja is in prison. He has dropped off the face of the earth. Nothing on Facebook or here for 6 months. His website is gone. A lot of angry magazine subscribers. A shame, he seemed to make some nice kits. My cousin bought a Harley kit for his S+. Nice graphics and reel strips. I googled his name and came up with nothing. Was expecting a Copyright infringement or something.

ya i don't know what happened hopefully nothing bad but it seems like a common occurrence anymore. seems like the slot industry in general is going to crap at least here in az with all the fighting amongst the shops.
