E-1260-2 Problems

I can't get it to clear tilt.
I had problems with it going to a non clearable tilt when it warmed up.
I send the cpu, i/o, power supply and reel readers out for repairs.


When I first installed everything it seemed to work pretty well with except of a tilt that took me several minutes to clear (pressing reset/test, turning on and off) but it finally cleared.  I played the machine off and all for about 2 hours after that with out any problems.  I left it on over night and the first play this morning it went to tilt (42).  I've pressed the reset and test buttons a bundch, turned on/off several times but can't clear the tilt.  When I press reset it flashes 6 then 7 then 8 then 6  0000, then 42  000 (itcontinues the 6  000 - 42 000 loop until set is pressed again.  I've replaced the #2 reel reader with #3 reel reader but it doesn't help.  I can not get it to enter the test mode.  The 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 coin lights flash the whole time it's in this tilt too.
This is a very nice machine and I'd sure like to see it working.

lubrication of reel assembly needed? Both Black cross shafts have to spin freely in the assembly.
