How do you disassemble the pull handle?

Hi All, I need to change the release solenoid on a Bally 6000 handle mech but I don't know how to get the arm off so I can remove the mechanism, which is necessary to gain access to the solenoid housing screws. It doesn't have the hex screw on the bottom side of the arm like the IGT machines do and before I start banging and pulling on things I thought I'd check here for information. Thanks in advance for any and all help :yes:

on the Bally's the bolt to remove the handle is inside the machine.  It is a hexhead bolt (i think 1/2").

I noticed the replacement assembly had a hole down the center of the shaft the arm goes into, but I didn't see any threads to indicate a screw in pin, and of course the machine it's going in is 15 miles away. Do you know how that pin comes out?

the bolt goes in the center hole and treads into the handle.  the handle is tapped and threaded.  The bolt is about 3 to 4" long.  I think you need either a 7/16" or 1/2" socket to loosen bolt.

there's a manual (bally_6000) in the download section that has a good diagram of it if you need to see it.  pages 3-31 and 3-32.
