Getting Multi-Denom Lights Set to Single Denom

I've spent a couple of days looking at both sites for some information on getting a multi-denom setup set to single denom. All I'm coming across is the opposite – getting a single denom machine set to multi.


Right now, even though the machine is otherwise working perfectly, only the top left quadrant is lit up behind the 25¢ decal. The other quadrants flash in attract mode, but otherwise remain unlit. Is my issue related to a config set-up error? Or is there something bigger going on?


I appreciate the help!

Remove plastic dividers inside the shadow box, and disconnect the touch panel if you have one.  If that doesn't work, you need to key the machine and remove the game assignments to all games other than "game 1" so the machine is a single denom machine.  But most of the time, if you just unplug the touch panel behind the glass, it will no longer just light up the one quadrant.

 :cool_thumb_up:  for the super fast response! The dividers are removed as is the touch panel. The machine has been completely cleared and reconfig'd. But still nothing.

Key the machine and set the denom you want, then set that denom/game to be '1,2,3 and 4' for the touch. Remember to disable other denoms/games. It'll be completely lit then.

I just did this you must set the button to light denim buttons toggle until it says 1,2,3, and 4. It is in the 7 series under touch panel options.

After doing the key chip go to denomination, denomination touch panel, set player denomination 1 to buttons 1,2,3, and 4

That did it, fellas! As you pointed out, I just had an improper setting in the configuration menu. :duh: 7.1.1.4 Denomination Touch Panel must be set to Player Denom 1: Buttons 1, 2, 3 and 4.
