Owner's Pictorial Guide for the Care and Understanding of the Bally Electromechanical Slot Machine

That's the book that should have diagrams but for some reason, it's expensive as hell on eBay and Amazon. Go directly to the publishing company. It's well worth the money. I have one at home. I can look later today and see if there's anything on the 989.

I will be going to the city in a couple of weeks I will try to remember to take that schematic with me and get it scanned in and send it to you it is one of the few I have not scanned in yet the 989 uses numerous rectifiers with DC voltage to solenoids unlike any other e m machine I have found

I think the schematics in the book are for the 742, 809, 831, and the 873..
