this appears to be: https://www.ceronix.com/15-players-edge-upright/1002-cpa3003.html.  it is designed for the upright pe.  they make another model: https://www.ceronix.com/15-players-edge-slant/1004-cpa3006.html for the slant tops.  Not sure if the panel is the same, but the mounts are different for sure.

It kind of looks like the monitor mount/housing is the same between slant and upright, just that the housing is flipped upside down or the monitor is rotated..?  Take a look.

The power/signal harness / adapter is different as you said..  But the signal seems correct.  I heard PE+ had some different video signals.?
