Konami Advantage plus 923 Software Error

Hello,
I have a Konami Advantage + machine that played fine until recently.
Now when it tries to boot, I get a 923 Software Error.
Is there a way to recover from this?
Is it a bad MPU, Game Chips or something else?
I'm pretty lost when it comes to Konami.

The "923" error by itself is pretty universal to konami.
If a plain reboot doesn't do it, then reseat items, PS video, eeproms, cards, memory, followed by ram clear if required. Oh and if it's still not running post ram clear, then replace video card, diagnostically they can be cold swapped without a ramclear, and that's done on occasion at work.

Rebooting all day, nothing changed.

Pulled and re-seated all Proms and CF Card, no difference.


I ordered a clear card and will just have to go that route.


Only thing I did different on the machine was swapping out the 7" LCD Monitor with an untested one, just to see if it worked. Unfortunately the monitor did not work, so I put the original one back in, that's when the errors started.


Could the dead LCD screen have caused this problem?


I'll post my progress after a clear.

Just needed a clear and reconfigured.
Followed the video instructions posted here from MustangJeep.

Everything works and game plays great.
