Game King touch screen comm failure

I have an older Game king with a 15” CRT touch screen. It had a touch screen comm failure. I replaced the touch screen board, no change.  I removed the bill validator and it allowed me to do a touch screen calibration. Screen says touch dot until you hear a beep. Issue is there is no dot on the screen, any direction would be greatly appreciated

From my experience - if there is no dot on the touch screen calibration that usually means a problem with the touch screen controller. I've had a few with the exact same issue - each needed a new board.
