IGT Game King ....Elvira's Secret game reset chip needed

Need a reset chip for an Elvira's Sercet game...I have an error message " Call Attendant Coin out Jam"  this is a hopper-less no coin machine

did it have a system error or battery change? the hopper might be enabled and need to be turned off.  not sure what board/software set you have to suggest a proper keychip

I have also seen that error on machines with bad I/O cards.  Hopefully a clear will fix it, if not, I would try another I/O card.

Thanks to all who sent replies, the board was a 044 and I managed to find a #28 reset chip and turn the hopper off, It did engaged after a battery change....Its up and running..
