Hi everyone.
I'll spare you the details, but I've been dealing with a saga of buying a 9-Line Triple Diamond kit for months. I finally had all the pieces to put it together last night, and I think I was sent the wrong software. I have a standard 3-reel S2000 machine with the basic buttons on the button deck (Service, Cash Out, Bet One, Spin Reels, Bet Max, and Change Denomination), and no display to the left of the reels to bet multiple coins per line.
I did a RAM clear and then installed the software I was given with the kit I bought, and I had a feeling something was wrong when the keychip menu was different than other S2000 games I've installed. I didn't have the option to assign games to the various denominations I wanted to set up. Once I exited out of the keychip menu, I now have an error message that says, "Ten button I/O card not found".
Can someone please tell me what chip numbers I should have in order to run this 9-Line Triple Diamond kit in my machine?
Current chip numbers are:
Version: VS011GX0
Stepper GME1 and GME2: SG000363
Base: SB100328
Thanks to anyone who can help. While I've owned my S2000s for a while, I barely ever change games in them and I'm still kind of a n00b when it comes to the software for it.
Is Base chip SB100230 the right one for me? Is that compatible with the Version and Stepper chips I already have (and how would I figure that out in the future?)? For what it's worth, I removed Version chip VS011GX1 from my last game to install what I was sent with this kit, so I have that available already if that would work better. I'm not really sure what the difference is between them. Thank you!
