I've also never hit one—neither at home nor at a casino. I sometimes find it hard to believe when people say they hit 3 in one weekend!

Maybe I'll play the "royal at all costs" strategy and see if I can get one within 23,081 hands instead of the perfect-strategy 40,388 hands!

I kept my Double Diamond as a "real" machine. I never took money out. I just let it take mine. Then if I won, I'd keep the winnings!
Finally I did need to check the cash can. I had nearly $400 in ones, fives, and tens. I went and bought another machine.  :propeller:

Actually I've had quite a few good hits on 5x pay. By far my most stingy machine is Top Dollar. I've never hit that $1,000 bill nor the progressive.
