Here's a picture of the odds unit in 1 coin mode/coil released,  looked at it 10 times already but I can't seem to find anything wrong.

When play multiple coins I can see the odds unit stepping up, also the lights work (step up), however it's still pays 40 coins on every multiple 20 coin win.

I'll go and check your other comments now !

Many thanks so far.. the slot machine world in Belgium is not so big, so need every help I can get..

Well I just lost my post.
Anyway, check page 19 as Jim says, your answer is probably there.
Your X2 unit is stuck on.  Probably the 2 jackpot lockup switches.

You need to identify the two Jackpot Lockup relays, and inspect those two switches.

Well... 10 days later and still no clue... checked all the switches 25 times and I can't find anything wrong, just to be sure, which ones are the Jackpot lockup relays ?

Just saw that when having a payout I can see the Spiral cam and reset arm moving 20 times, so that seems correct..

this is post number 29 you said you can see it step up 20 times but it still pays 40

Do you have encapsulated relays or open relays?
If you have encapsulated, you can swap them to see if any change.
When checking switches, move the actuator and make sure that each set of switches not only closes but also fully opens.  Any switch sticking in both states is probably misadjusted and stuck closed.  Look for that perhaps.
The JPLU1 and JPLU2 should be two separate relays.  If you have a top unit, then look there. If a lowboy, then they MAY be near 3rd reel board or elsewhere near the odds unit.  Send pics?

Hi All,

Have been away a lot for work, so have not been able to do anything since the last posting. today started again.

Find anclosed a picture of the relays at the back of the 3rd reel.

By plugging them in and out and see what worked and worked not on the machine I now now all of them work and

top left activates the door multiply lights
top right activates the odds unit
middle right activates multiplier

other three I am not really sure....

whatever I do with these last 3 relay,  the machine works and when having a win the x2 multiplier starts, the x3 x4 and x5 have not moved yet...

Try pulling the 3 unknown relays and see how that effects the machine.  Perhaps your X2 problem will go away then...?  You might locate and write down the wire color for the coil of each of those 6 relays if you go back there again.  That will help in tracing out what they do.  Good to have that data.
