Once you reply to a post you should get notifications when other replies are made to that post or just click on the new replies to your posts option instead of showing all new posts

If you click on "Notify" you will get notifications of new reply's without having to post in the threads.

It would be nice to be able to save threads to a favorites list to make finding them easier if you ever want to go back and find a thread.
