Another 'please close the main door'

Greetings all,  I am having a problem with the please close main door issue.  I took this machine out of storage and the battery was dead so I replaced it like I have many many times before. This time when I attempted to clear the machine when it got to the point of saying close main door.... it never recognized I closed it.  So I did the obvious, replaced the door optics.... nothing, replaced with yet another set of optics.... nothing. I ran out of door optics so I went ahead and did a bypass on them using a white switch......NOTHING. So time to order a mpu board, board came in, got all excited, had some tequila, moved the chips over, started a ram clear, got to the same point and the error still is there.  Now I am kinda at a loss,  I did notice a squeal from the power supply noticed that is I turned the machine off that it I didn't wait at least 15 seconds to turn it back on it was like it wasn't even plugged in, no power to anything.  Could a faulty power supply possibly be the cause of my door open problem?

You may want to look at the I/O card, the one that has the small short molex plug, not the ones on the door that are for the button panel.

The power supply, behind the reels, sometimes walks out of it's connector. Plug it back in all of the way.
