Bally Error Code 31, looking for advice.

I recently started working on a Bally 6000. I installed a set of leave in Mains. Machine does not have a printer. It has a WBA13 and coin handling. Last night after doing the clear, I was able to put credits in the game with the button on the coin in optics. The Coin comparitors LED lights not lit, but the yellow one on the coin optic board is. I have a sample coin in the comparator but with the door closed my coins fall straight through to the coin tray. The machine is ready to play. Today I tried a second comparator.. I had the same result. So I powered off the machine and pulled reels 1 and 2 and the Hopper so I could check for a loose plug. None found... So I put the 1st & 2nd Reels back in and the hopper.. Now when I powered it on is when the code 31.

I’m not sure how clear the code 31, or where my coin comparitor lays.. Any help will be gladly Appreciated..

I cleared the machine again and removed the leave in main and reinstalled the factory mains. No more 31 code. I can play the game by using the bill acceptor only. Still won’t accept coins. I will start a new thread on that problem.
