Noobie need info

New guy here, I am Dave and was directed to this group from the pinball forum I belong to. Looking at a slot on Craigslist and can't find any information on it anybody here help me with that? Also what is the value of it? Including link with pictures. Thank you!

Value depends on location usually. And, to me, a 15 year old Aristocrat isn't worth it. I'd stick to an IGT or Bally. The listing says "won't accept coins." Does it still take bills? It actually could be a simple problem, like a dead battery on its MPU board but you need to ask him a few more questions. If this exact machine was here in Southern California, I'd maybe pay $75 for it.

Spoke with the seller, said it has lines running through the screen and from what it sounds like will not boot up as a result. I have no idea about value and if it would be worth trying to repair. Is it a legit slot machine or one of those Pachislo machines?

It's a legitimate slot machine.
Pachislos usually have three reels and three "stop" buttons below each reel.
I'd hold off on this one. For a newbie it's probably better you get something that's working from the start. This one might have an issue with the MPU board (computer) and maybe with the CRT/display.
