IGT Double Peppers 1993 61 code

OK good ppl!!


I was given a 1993 IGT Dbl Peppers that hasnt worked in years.  blow it out and replaced the battery on the motherboard.  please for give my slot machine terminology which is weak at the moment....im learning!!!  im trying to get rid of a 61 code, I tried to get it to 61.1 but nothing.  Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

I get to the step where I hold the reset to get the 61 turn to 61.1, does not change,  machine does nothing while holding reset or after.  When I first press the reset the 61 goes away for a couple seconds but comes back 61.

You now must get a Clear chip to clear the stuck logic signal in the RAM memory chips.

Well, Im finding this forum sorta difficult.  I go to classified and there is no were I can post to ask for this 'clear chip'.  The other link only addresses 61.1 help.

Most of the vendors listed on our NLG home page can sell you a Clear and Set Chip.


The set will be needed to re-enable your bill validator after the clear.
