game king using dev39 chip ticket out connected but not working

ok had a game king with a sha error, put in the dev39 chip and it came up with quite a few video pixel problems, but ill cross that bridge after i get this printer working....it works in test but when i  ash out it brings up the hand pay call attendant screen......i know its a damn setting but cant figure out which one....any suggestions?

Did you go into keychip mode and enable the printer after installing the dev39?

Yes the printer is enabled and will print a ticket in diagnostic mode.  It is not connected to a tito board.  I was thinking it might be setup wrong.  Are there settings for a stand alone ticket out?
