MPU board reset light is blinking

I have a Bally S6000 Blazing Sevens. A few nights ago we encountered a series of power outages one right after another, my machine is on a surge protector but when the power was restored the machine powered on but the MPU board was blinking the reset button but when I pushed the reset button nothing happens .All the re-cirkit fuses are ok, is my power supply box compromised ? Any help out there would be appreciated.Don't want to start throwing money and parts into it without a vast majority in agreement into the fix.

the 6000 has power supply test points , use a meter to check them,  they are located left side, back plane board.

if they are good, maybe a clear is in order!, you need a set of clear chips, or as an upgrade, a set of clear leave in mains.
