BB2 theme change

Hello everyone,


I just recently purchased a bb2e with a Dean Martin theme installed. I ram cleared it and inserted the new os and software and am getting this error message I am getting. I know the os and software are good they were installed on a friends bb2. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The game card is failing validation, which means it is corrupt.  Did you try to read the card on a windows 10 machine or a Mac?

I dont have that capability at home. The jurisdiction doesn't matter in this case? or that theme is normally installed on a regular bb2 and not an e? We had this theme working on another cabinet just within the last week with the exact same os card.

Just to clarify, reading the card on a Windows 10 machine will corrupt the checksum.  Windows likes to mark its territory, leaving the card unusable.  All files will still be there, there is just an added bonus added that will cause validation to fail.

I appreciate you both. Either way the card by the error message is corrupt. 


Go figure its the first new theme I have been able to get and try.

It's not the OS card that is bad (you wouldn't even get to this point if it was), it's the game card that is corrupted.
